Hector has been a licensed California real estate agent since 1991. Although Vision Realty Plus, Inc was founded in 2008, Hector and his wife, Sandy, opened the doors to their office, located in Washington Square, back in 1999; offering real estate and income tax related services. Both he and his wife have a long history of serving the Santa Ana community. Prior to its sale, Hector served as the General Manger of the McMahan's Furniture store located at 116 N Broadway for more than 20 years.

Pierre joined the family business on a full time basis in 2010. During his time in the real estate industry he has worked as a short sale processor, loan processor, transaction coordinator, real estate photographer, print and media creative director, office manager, and now sales. Pierre is a proud home grown Tustin boy, having attended Estock Elementary, Guin Foss Elementary, Columbus Tustin Middle School, and Tustin High School (class of 06). He enjoys song writing in his free time and is section hiking the PCT (Pacific Crest Trail).
